XweaponX release Weapon X Demo 2, Guest features from Earth Crisis and Human Garbage

 “Weapon X Hates You” - the opening line of Weapon X Demo 2 could not be more direct. XweaponX (members of Knocked Loose, Gates To Hell, Inclination) have dropped a mammoth with Weapon X Demo 2 out now through DAZE. Recorded by Isaac Hale and mixed and mastered by Zach Tuch, the five tracks are a straight edge rallying cry filled with metallic fury. After launching in 2022 with Weapon X Demo followed by 2023’s Weapon Of Pleasure split with World Of Pleasure, Demo 2 solidifies XweaponX is not merely a side project, but a full on force to be reckoned with.

Throughout the release, Dave Baugher, Issac Hale, and Bryan Garris deliver an onslaught of vocals from volatile screams to synchronized shouts. The band teams up with L.A.’s Human Garbage on “On My Own,” blasting through 56 seconds of thumping rhythms and relentless breakdowns. Stalwart single “Everybody Breaks” sits in the center of the demo as it’s bone-crushing riffs and unfiltered anguish shout as a call to arms against self-destruction. The band enlist legendary Earth Crisis vocalist Karl Buechner on “B.N.E.” to assist in dispatching a track that’s as heavy in sound as conviction. A robust snare leads into “Weapon X Outro,” closing out the release with a declaration from the band - “Weapon X. Straight Edge. Fuck You.”

The band will next hit the stage on April 25th at LDB Fest in Louisville, KY, followed by an appearance at Sound and Fury in July.
