Today, UK metalcore heavyweights Architects release their brand new single "Blackhole" from their highly anticipated 11th studio album "The Sky, The Earth & All Between", out February 28th via Epitaph Records.
Paired with a stunning, cinematic music video shot in California, "Blackhole" is both visually stunning and sonically explosive.
Frontman Sam Carter shares: "I'm so excited for Blackhole to be released, it's one of my favorite songs from the album. The video is just as intense as the song. We shot the video in such a wild location that we're really on top of the buildings you see. This is Architects at their wildest."
The single marks the next chapter in the lead-up to "The Sky, The Earth & All Between", following the hard-hitting anthems "Whiplash", "Curse" and "Seeing Red". These tracks have already got fans excited and earned the band a lot of praise, including places on various "Most Anticipated Albums of 2025" lists. These four singles are certainly a clear indication that the upcoming album will be a defining moment in the band's long career.
Since the release of their critically acclaimed album "the classic symptoms of a broken spirit" (2022), Architects have further cemented their position as one of the UK's most important rock bands. Over the past year, the band have dominated stages around the world, from being personally invited by Metallica to join their own tour, to Download Festival 2023 and headlining Bloodstock.
Architects will tour France, Spain and Portugal in March, followed by selected dates as direct support for Linkin Park in Germany.
