Arguably the hottest band in heavy music, Spiritbox releases a brand new single and visualizer with "The Void". The track is like a calling card for the band: complex, multi-layered soundscapes and wonderfully heavenly, extremely catchy vocals. At the same time, it underlines the band's supreme ability to release music that would immediately classify as Spiritbox, yet sound different from any of their previous releases.
"The Void" can be found on streaming services here. The visualizer can be found below:
Spiritbox are currently on their first ever US headline tour - the completely sold-out "Eternal Blue Tour", where the new track made its live debut to great fan enthusiasm. In June the band will come to us on a festival tour and will also play club concerts in Münster, Dortmund and Hanover (the latter two with MOTIONLESS IN WHITE). Tickets are also becoming scarce here or are no longer available in some cases.
You can find the complete tour schedule with ticket information under this link.
On the official release of "The Void", Spiritbox singer Courtney LaPlante says:
“The Void is a song that came about very quickly. I didn’t have to fight with anything to write it, and when that happens, I don’t argue with it. It’s a type of song that I’ve been wanting to write for a long time, I’ve heard it hundreds of times now, and it makes me so happy every time I hear it. It’s been such an amazing experience playing this song on our tour, and watching people hear it for the first time, in real time.”
