Memphis May Fire have released a brand new song, "The American Dream", via Rise Records. The Texas metalcore band adds another anthem to their repertoire, channeling the fears, frustrations and pain of an entire generation with a concentrated mix of gigantic melodic hooks and crushing aggression.

Even after topping the Billboard Hard Music Albums chart and making radio's Active Rock Top 20, Memphis May Fire remain true to themselves and their style, and continue to uncompromisingly pursue their musical vision.

A new era is dawning for the band, which is characterized by revitalization and renewal. However, Memphis May Fire continue to focus on core elements that make them loved by their fanbase. "The American Dream" is another inferno of killer riffs and inspirational words.

As Memphis May Fire, Matty Mullins (vocals), Kellen McGregor (guitar), Cory Elder (bass) and Jake Garland (drums) explore fear, violence and polarization in their music, empowered by a foundation of hope and renewal at heart the lyrics.

Songs like "Bleed Me Dry" and "Death Inside" evoke the cathartic bombast of the band's best-known songs and represent a return to their roots. The routine polish they have acquired through years of touring and making music together takes the fresh songs to the next level.

The band has toured with countless important rock and metal bands including Killswitch Engage, Sleeping With Sirens, Black Veil Brides, Sevendust and Atreyu. They have co-headlined Yellowcard and The Devil Wears Prada, performed regularly on the Warped Tour and numerous major rock festivals around the world.

The continued relevance of the band's six albums to date is also a testament to the strong connection between the band and their audience. Songs like "Miles Away," "No Ordinary Love," "Beneath the Skin," and "Carry On" have garnered 100 million views and millions of streams.

"We want people to have songs that they can listen to at the gym or while driving and know the world is bigger than it seems," says Mullins. "You need to know that you live in a world with other people who understand that it's okay to be imperfect. That someone else knows your pain.
